T-200 Foundation Pays NECO Enrollment Fees For 200 Indigent Students In Oshimili South, Delta State.

A Non-government Organization (NGO) based in Abuja, T-200 Foundation has paid 2023 National Examination Council (NECO) fees for 200 students in Oshimili South Local Area, Asaba, Delta State.
The Founder of T-200 Foundation,  Mr. Emmanuel Nnamdi Osadebay, who hails from Asaba, made the disclosure during the maiden Edition of T-200 Scholarship and Grant Award held inside the Main Hall of Osadenis Mixed Secondary School, Asaba, on Friday.

He  enjoined the selected 200 final year indigent   Students  who benefited from his Organization’s  NECO Enrollment Grant not to allow any obstacle in life to stop them from realizing their goals, adding that the gesture was for the actualization of sustainable Development Goals (SDG)agenda two.
Osadebe, represented by Barrister Stanley Ekpa urged the students to put their best effort to pass their examination, as he  charged them to count  themselves as lucky for being chosen among many.
He encouraged the beneficiaries to seize the T-200 grant as a Springboard for realizing their life goals, just as he added that the Initiative was geared towards giving back to the Community he also  passed through in the past years.
He said, “I’m here on behalf of my boss Mr Emmanuel Nnamdi Osadebe in this first edition of enrolling 200 students in NECO exam.
“We started with NECO, by next year we will include WAEC and JAMB examination on our scholarship.The NECO form grant for 200 indigent students in Oshimili South Local Government Area of Delta State covered various schools.”
“20 students were selected from each government owned secondary school in Asaba but for Osadenis High School, we selected 80 students”
The Chairman of The Nigeria Union Of Journalist (NUJ), Delta State Council, Comrade Michael Ikeogwu who also took turn to speak, told the students to work hard to justify T-200 Foundation  good gesture pointing out that education was a good sure way to self development and self actualization.
” Shun Cultism, exam malpractices and other vices that would not make you good citizens of Nigeria, our dear country. Please, don’t disappoint T-200 Foundation, don’t disappoint your parents; let all of us join hands to make Nigeria great”. Said the Chairman.
Speaking on behalf of the Principals, the Principal of Osadenis High School, Mrs Patience Aguonye also applouded the gesture of the foundation, noting that a lot of organizations have scammed the school by taking photograph of their students but never came back for the scholarship.
She urged the students to make their tomorrow better by reading hard, warning them that there is no magic pen to pass exam.
In a Similar development, Master Okonweze Emeka from Zappa Mixed Secondary School, who also spoke on behalf of the recipients said that the students present were grateful for being selected as he prayed to God to continue to bless Osadebey and his initiative.
Beneficiaries schools were Niger Mixed Secondary, ZAPPA Basic Secondary, ZAPPA Mixed Secondary, Asagba Mixed Secondary, Government Model Secondary and AFADIA Mixed Secondary all in Asaba, amongst others.
