I Stand For Legacy, Vision of Governor Okowa- Ogbimi

The Honourable Member representing Isoko North Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly,  Hon Jude Omena Ogbimi has said that the legacy and vision of Delta State Governor,  Sen. Dr.  Ifeanyi Okowa is what he stands for.

Hon Ogbimi stated this in an interview with Journalists on mid-week, after plenary at the State House of Assembly, commending the State Governor, for his commitment in ensuring quality service delivery to all Deltans.

In his words; “I  give thanks to God Almighty for the success of my election and the success of my swearing-in during Tuesday 15th June, 2021, plenary. I was overwhelmed with the presence of my friends, colleagues, Party leaders, and above all my constituency for coming out enmasse to celebrate with me.”

“The State House of Assembly is a familiar ground for me, the Speaker and majority of all the members of the House are all my friends and I assured my constituency that, I and my colleagues in the house will be focused in making laws that will improve the economic life of my constituents and Deltans in general.”

While commenting on the death of his predecessor,  the Lawmaker hailed the success of his predecessor, Late Hon. Tim Kome Owhefere for his laudable achievements in his constituency for the past 12 years, noting that, “late Hon. Tim was my big Brother and he has left a big shoe that will be difficult to fit in.”

Hon Ogbimi vowed to make good of the next two years in ensuring effective representation of the good people of Isoko North.
