The Special Adviser on Transportation to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr Sola Giwa has vowed to address the challenges bedeviling Lagosians in the transport sector and usher in an era of efficient, accessible, and sustainable transportation for all Lagosians.
Sola stated this in his acceptance speech which he posted on his twitter page shortly after his inauguration.
He wrote; “I am deeply honored to accept the role to serve the people of Lagos as Special Adviser on Transportation to the Governor. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu for entrusting me with this vital responsibility.
“Transportation is the lifeblood of any thriving city, and Lagos State is no exception. I am committed to addressing the challenges we face and ushering in an era of efficient, accessible, and sustainable transportation for all Lagosians.
“In this journey, I pledge to work tirelessly alongside dedicated stakeholders in the transportation sector, innovators, investors, and the incredible people of Lagos State.
“Together, we will create a transportation system that not only eases daily commutes but also enhances the quality of life in our vibrant city.
“I look forward to the challenges ahead, the innovative solutions we will craft, and the greater Lagos we will build together to achieve the THEMES+ agenda of Mr. Governor.
