Men of the Nigerian Police Force attached to Oleh Police Division,  headquarters of Isoko South Local Government Area of Delta State,  has arrested a 19years old suspected yahoo boy names withheld for allegedly killing his twins brother for money rituals.
The incident which according to source happened on Monday 24th May, 2021 at Old Olomoro road,  in Oleh,  after the landlord and neighbours of the twins discovered that, the deceased was missing for days and his brother has allegedly locked himself indoor with the decomping corpse of his twin brother.
An anonymous source within the area disclosed that, the twin brother to the deceased had gone for money ritual were he was told to kill his twin brother and stay with him for five days before he will get money.
The source further disclosed that, “The twin brother to the deceased allegedly killed his brother and locked himself in the one room apartment they are staying at Old Olomoro road in Oleh.
“It was when the landlord of apartment and neighbours percieved smell emanating from the flat which they (the deceased and his twin brother) are staying and that, the twins had not gone out for days which prompt them to breaked into the room and found the decomposing corpse of the deceased and his twin brother with a dog inside the room.
“After much beating by neighbours within the area, the brother to the deceased,  later confessed that, a spiritualist told him to kill his twin brother for money rituals and stay with his corpse for five days before he can have money.” The source added.
When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer of the state command, Mr Bright Edafe, confirmed the incident, stressing that, police had commenced investigation into the matter.
“For now, there is no evidence that it was for ritual purpose. When they broke into the house, they saw the decomposing body and the twin brother.” Mr Bright Edafe added.
