Following our earlier report on the attack on Umutu Divisional Police Headquarters, The Mandate source has it that three policemen were killed in the unfortunate attack.
They are two Police Constables and an Assistant Superintendent of Police.
It was gathered that the Corps of the ASP who reportedly hails from Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State, was later discovered in the Bush within the neighbourhood.
The Corps of the ASP was discovered by Policemen who were combing the Area looking for missing policemen who were on duty when the dare devil gunmen struck.
This is happening few weeks after a similar incident took place at Nsukwa Police station in Delta State.
