Hon. Egbabor Declares For Isoko North House of Assembly Seat

Hon Emmanuel Egbabor , immediate past Chairman of Isoko North Local Government Council, has declared his intention to contest for Isoko North Constituency seat at the Delta State House of Assembly, stressing that, he is poised to represent his people effectively.

The declaration caused a huge traffic along the General Hospital road, Ozoro as over 2,000 persons who were elated that a man with the requisite capacity and exposure came to witness the declaration.

Egbabor while declaring to his Ozoro Ward III electorates, stressed that, “Its has been age-long ambition to represent Isoko North Constituency at the Delta State House of Assembly one day even before I was elected Chairman of Isoko North Local Government Council and believes 2023 is the right time.”

“I’m here to formally inform you all my ward electorates, stakeholders of my ambition to contest for Isoko North Constituency seat at Delta State House of Assembly.”

“Over the years,  it has been my utmost desire to represent you all in Delta State House of Assembly. And I know this is the right time. I hereby seek for your support, prayers and blessings in order to actualize this vision.” Hon Egbabor added.

He enumerated some of his achievements as the Council Chairman to include;  “inherited debts which he paid off, free eye medical treatment to more than 2,000 people where 150 were operated upon where a girl who lost her sights from birth regained her sights.

Others are “Construction of Akporio market, open stalls at Ofagbe market,  renovation of Otibio market, Ellu market, Owhelogbo market, rehabilitation of roads, provision of  water project and generator to Government model college at Akiegwe, bought engine for the Council grader.

Hon Egbabor further stated that, he also “built the first ever permanent health centre at Ozoro that can contain 30 beds, drugs and delivery rooms, offices located inside Ekwerigbe Primary school at Ozoro. Above all, I left Isoko North as peaceful and secured Local Government Area.

“Let me make it very clear today that I left the Council without one kobo debt, he added. My ambition is poised to bring development to my people through effective legislation.”
